Managed access to Direct 3D 10, 10.1, 11, DXGI, DXUT, Direct2D and DirectWrite. From microsoft.
With documentation and useful samples too! And helpful microsoft folks to answer your questions, instead of an IRC channel full of douchebags.
Now, hopefully this works well, because I can't wait to toss slimdx out.
Thanks msft, and not to look a gift horse in the mouth... XAudio2 please. OpenAL (through tao framework) is a little CPU heavy for my taste, and I don't want dependencies on slimdx anymore.
I guess I could just move the little bit of sound code I need over to unmanaged code (as well as the waveform generation, bandlimiting, and resampling), but I've already splintered this project in too many directions at once.
